CANCELLATION POLICY
As we move into the new year, we wanted to make you aware of our updated cancellation policy. - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. - Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge for the service booked. - Moving forward, our system WILL NOT allow an appointment to be booked without a credit card. - If you need to reschedule, please notify us 48 hours in advanced or you will be charged. - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the salon at (651) 493-8997 or go through your stylist’s booking link While we truly value the relationships we have built with each of you and understand that unexpected situations may arise, we must enforce our policy without exceptions due to the significant number of recent cancellations.
